Interested students send enquiries through the platform. We connect you — your contact details stay private.

You pay only for students placed
When a student signs a lease for your place, we record the placement and invoice you R350. No fee for enquiries or viewings that don't lead to a signing.
What counts as a placement
A placement is a student who signs a lease for your place through VSA. There is no fee for enquiries, viewings, or students who do not sign. You only pay when a bed is actually filled.
Example
If 5 students are placed in your property through VSA, the total fee is:
5 × R350 = R1750
Invoicing
We invoice after each placement is confirmed. Payment terms will be communicated when your listing goes live — please contact our team if you have questions about billing before then.
