Students — questions about a listing, problems with a landlord, or anything that has gone wrong with your application.
Landlords — help listing your place, managing your account, or pricing questions. Create a landlord account if you have not already.
Everyone — if you spot a suspicious or fraudulent listing, please report it so we can act quickly to protect other students.

VSA is not an emergency service. If you are in danger or witness a crime, contact the relevant emergency services immediately:

South African Police Service (SAPS): 10111 from any phone.
Emergency services (police, ambulance, fire): 112 from any cellphone, even without airtime.
